Orr Simpson is an independent headhunting consultancy specialising in mid and senior level appointments for blue chip, FTSE and SME companies.

We established a search and selection business to cater for a clear demand. Orr Simpson offers a flexible and transparent service in a profession that is sometimes clouded with unnecessary mystique. We do not believe that short term gains should be a factor of our business.

We are probably unlike any other search and selection organisation you have dealt with.

We believe that our unique style of operating flies in the face of many of the attitudes prevalent within the industry and sets us aside from most, if not all, of our competitors.

We refuse to accept the normal service standards of the industry and give the following undertakings:

Our aim is to remain a small niche player, giving exceptionally high service levels to our clients; our mission statement is to serve the needs of our clients, not the desires of our own growth. We firmly believe that by putting clients' needs first we ensure our own success and sustainability.
