Orr Simpson will act as ambassadors on behalf of the client, representing them right up to the point of client interviews and beyond. We maintain incredibly close contact with the chosen candidate and manage the offer process as well as advising on their exit strategy from their present employer.

We are constantly complimented by candidates for the way that we engage, inform and look after them throughout the recruitment process. Whilst this might be pleasing to us, we believe that it is imperative for our clients to be represented in a way that reflects their own corporate culture and values.

Above all we work in conjunction and co-operation with you in order to forge a relationship whereby we become a valued extension of your own in-house team, successfully identifying and securing the most suitable candidates.

Although we search comprehensively in our clients industry sector, we also recognise that skills at senior executive levels are remarkably transferable. The cultural and interpersonal fit therefore takes on an increasingly more important aspect. As a consequence we do not concentrate on one single market or a restrictive area. We prefer to network extensively in order to find the best possible candidates, many of whom successfully cross what are proved to be artificial market boundaries and accordingly bring fresh and innovative dimensions to the role.
